Unable to hear sound or no sound on an iPad
Make sure you have the most recent version of LiteracyPlanet installed on your device and that your iPad or Android has been recently updated.
To enable sound within the app:
Check the student dashboard and make sure the audio symbol is not disabled. Ensure that the sound is switched on.

Make sure the sound on your iPad is not muted:
To unmute your iPad, simply press the volume-up button located on the right-hand side of the device. Additionally, if your device has a side switch that controls the mute function, make sure it is switched off. (Note: this feature is less common in newer models).
Swipe upwards from the bottom of your screen to access the Control Center and verify that your iPad's sound is not muted.
