How to troubleshoot login errors.
This issue is often related to cookies or token data. To resolve it, follow these steps:
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
2. Log out of all LiteracyPlanet accounts by visiting https://app.literacyplanet.com/logout.
3. Generate a new session cookie:
- For Teacher or Parent login, click https://spa.literacyplanet.com/tx/home?session=new.
- For Student login, click https://spa.literacyplanet.com/sx/?session=new.
If the error persists or your device keeps redirecting to the login page, check the time settings on your device. Ensure that it is set to update automatically, using an internet service to adjust the clock accurately. Incorrect device time settings may cause our server to reject the connection. To adjust your device's time and date, refer to Microsoft's guide for Windows devices and Apple's guide for Mac devices.
